President, Lynn Teo graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in Advertising. She will be joining Apex-Pal International as the General Manager this December, managing their U.S. operations. Prior to this, Lynn worked for 85 Broads, a leading women's professional network as their Art Director and oversaw their Asia network including Singapore, Hong Kong , China, Korea and Tokyo. Lynn has also worked on several corporate accounts including IBM, AT&T, McGraw-Hill, and Panasonic. She is deeply passionate about helping youth discover their full potential to succeed.

Treasurer, Bradley Apelgren left Cape Town after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant for Europe and Asia .  He lived and worked abroad over a period of 8 years and currently is the CFO of a major global player in the advertising industry in NY.  He enjoys the outdoors and loves being able to motivate young people to live the best life they possibly can.

Secretary, Ai Lin See received a BA from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Baruch College .  In college, she was active in nonprofit organizations such as the Better Business Bureau of Metro NY (summer intern), the Resources for Sexual Violence Prevention (Peer Educator), Habitat for Humanity (Secretary) and the Giving Tree (Director).   Ai Lin will be joining Ernst and Young's Real Estate Audit department this Fall.  She wants be an encouragement to teenagers and desires to see them reach their potential.

Director, Daniel W. Suh graduated from the University of Arizona in May of 2005 with degrees in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Chemistry. Since 2005, Mr. Suh has worked at JPMorgan Chase in the Investment Bank division as a Research Associate in Equity Research covering the Beverages & Household Products sectors. Moreover, Mr. Suh also has extensive experience in financial services and corporate finance in such firms as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Microsoft. Mr. Suh’s relevant experience also includes two years in desktop publishing and web design businesses and three years in founding and developing multiple non-profit alumni associations and foundations.

Executive Director, Amy Swihart earned a B.A. in Psychology from Reed College, she taught high school in Los Angeles for three years. During this time, she set up a mentoring partnership that allowed her students to mentor elementary school children. She spent a year living at a nonprofit shelter for homeless youth, where she worked as a grantwriter and counselor. Amy is currently enrolled at Columbia Teachers College, where she is earning her Master's degree in School Psychology and researching ways to help teenagers reach their full potential. In her spare time, Amy enjoys cooking, decorating her apartment, and tending to her rooftop garden.
