Welcome back Chumz readers!
We hoped that you had a fun and eventful summer and are ready for another productive school year. Many of you said goodbye to your summer jobs and hello to school with little or no down time in between. Then again, many of you are still wondering “ Summer Jobs — Where Did They Run Off To?” One of our writers offers some insights. No matter how your summer turned out, we’re sure you will relate to “Oh Man... School Again” because few are ready to return to that familiar grind. Meanwhile some of our alumni writers are adapting to an unfamiliar school grind, called college; so be sure and read this sneak preview of how one of our ex-high school turned college writers is faring at SUNY Albany. Whether you are in high school or college, the workload can seem overwhelming and never ending. However, it is important to leave some time in your busy schedule to re-energize so that you can be a more productive student. Our “Fun Stuff” column offers many ideas for kicking back and relaxing. Enjoy and Study hard! The Editors Joselyn Smith-Greene Clara Lee
